Hi, just watched the live stream, I gotta say it looks frigid stunning! Well done in the hard work. I didnt see it all though and I want to know, with the controls, can you have it auto accelerate and then have touch buttons on the left and right to steer? When you showed the games steering settings it didnt seem this control setup was an option?
Thanks we’re glad you enjoyed the stream! Arrow controls are there, we mentioned it during the controls discussion near the beginning of the stream however with all the diffferent modes, controls, devices to show off we ran out of time to demo it! Sorry about that. You can use arrow controls on the two easier difficulty settings. The more challenging modes need you to use one of the other controls as full control of your throttle is required. We’d highly recommend once you’ve gotten settled to try the other controls they really help expose the full features of the game as you can control the throttle and brakes as well as your steering.
Just watched the stream... This will blow all other race games on ios out of the water! Too bad we still dont get a release date other than coming soon
Excellent! Sorry about my typos, I mean to say it looks friggin awesome! And well done ON all the hard work, it certainly runs very smooth. Thank you for including these controls, should be able to ditch RR3 but will need to make some room for it on my iPad!
They sure are, we use the analog triggers for full control of the throttle and brake. Did you notice force touch throttle and brake sensitivity can be tweaked in the iOS settings area? It’s next to all the steering sensitivity options. If you’re the kinda person who likes to tweak their controls just like a real sim game we got you covered.
Was only able to catch an early part of the stream. Guessing there was nothing about the release date?
NOW we have a release date! GRID Autosport will be available from the App Store on Monday, 27 November.
I hope so. Some games and publishers, like Nintendo, say their games are available worldwide. But in my local App Store in PH, their games aren't available
