Interesting game, but it's broken. I've tried purchasing the additional levels and I get a message saying: Not available. No product to purchase. What's up with that?
I may try this considering it's a pretty dismal week for games I want so far. How's the English in it? I hate when games use incorrect words.
Now you mention, Gregg does have a bit of a speech impediment. I think he says hello but sounds like grello
Now I'm getting a message which says: Errorlease retry. Then it immediately pops up with second: Not available. No product to purchase.
Ugh! This is really sucky! I STILL can't buy the game... Dunno who's at fault here - PlayFripp, Namco Bandai, or Apple!
Hello Farley, I am really sorry for this problem. I tested different accounts and devices and it works. I do not know what is the issue causing your bug but you should try to disconnect and then reconnect your App store account. Please keep me updated about your problem so I can help you as much as possible [EDIT] - Can you please tell what is the country of your App Store? Might be a backoffice problem on the publisher's side.
Since I "bought" the additional levels for $0.00 and still feel guilty about it , I said to myself, let's help out here with some testing and I bought me some Chicken Wings ($0.99 real money) to see if the purchase process works. I can confirm that it works and now I feel good about myself playing the game for a fair price
@saosijs Thanks for your help on this annoying issue, and for your support! I am really happy that you like Gregg Do not hesitate if you have any feedback
Farley, I have contacted Namco Bandai to see if there is any problem on their side. I'll be back with news very soon.
OK, slightly embarrassed here. I just figured out the problem... To purchase the full game, I was clicking on the button sitting under the heading which read: "Access all worlds and updates." The reason being because I wanted to do exactly that: I wanted to access all the worlds and updates. BUT... It turns out that the button underneath the "Access all worlds and updates" writing is NOT the button to buy access to all worlds and updates, but it is in fact rather the RESTORE button, if you had already previously bought the IAP. The actual IAP button is way off to the right side, standing on its own. Yes, yes, looking at the icons on the buttons, it's now obvious that these icons clearly represent what function they perform, but it was the PLACEMENT of the buttons and their proximity to other descriptive text that totally confused me. So... well... there we go...
The user interface should be more precise on the button's goal. I'll try to make it better for the first update Thank you very much to told me about this problem. Very much appreciated Hope you'll like the next levels!
Would it be possible to add an optional control mechanism....like press the left side of screen to go left and right side to go right? Placing my finger and dragging in this game makes my hand tired quickly and I don't like that I am basically hiding Gregg. Seems harder to control.
Wow, this game is actually pretty challenging. I am thoroughly stumped on this one board. Perfect IAP structure. Plenty of levels to try for free, full unlock for .99 cents. Definitely worth checking out.
HA! Just figured it out. The way you have to string things together here to save the bird AND manage to pick up the three puzzle pieces is pretty interesting. Some pretty frantic swipes. Although why it is that the birds fall through sturdy wood structures is beyond me.
The one thing I don't like is if you get stuck in a hole then there is no way to get Gregg back out, forcing you to restart the board. I wish I could somehow 'flick' him upwards out of a situation like this.
Hello David, Thank you very much for your message Here are some explanations about the control system: When you once have touched Gregg you can swipe your finger without it being directly above his head. In fact, Gregg will then "follow" your finger, and the more distance there is between your finger and Gregg, the fastest Gregg will move. That said, adding a control system like the one you propose will not be able to handle the "natural speed" of Gregg, and you won't be able to throw or pinch him (required in some levels). I hope my explanation was clear, and that my english isn't as bad as I fear.
