I don't have time to beta test, but I uncovered a bug in the original game by building nothing but basic infantry on a the defense maps (the idea being to flood everything with masses of troops - it actually works well.). In many cases the AI would drop troops into hexes with my troops and they'd stack together, which caused a couple oddities (like not being able to attack the unit). Plus, I ran out of unit slots (which is fine, but a notice of that limit would have been appreciated). So beta testers should give that a shot with this one. That said, I really enjoyed the last game despite that issue, and I'm looking forward to this one.
Yeah, that was a pretty common complaint. We've kinda fixed it but the new game doesn't have those sorts of missions now. We have much more deviousness waiting! Which reminds me, the Beta has started - and I just played a multiplayer game with a stranger, which felt quite surreal having played 50 gazillion vs colleagues. Better go easy on him... Nah, lol This round is obviously now closed, but if anyone missed the chance, we'll take more names for the next pass which should start sometime end of next week. Thanks all!

GLWG is one of my all time favorite iOS games. I not only bought the game, but also all the old DLC before it was free! =) Just wish I had time to play it more... myabe a little right now before bed... I will definitely buy this new game as well. Go Rubicon!!!
It's not top secret, but I'd prefer bug reports on our forum or mail instead of being broadcast to the world please. After all, the idea of a Beta is to get the game bug free before everyone else sees it. It's the old adage: If it's bad tell us, if it's good tell everyone else.

I just love it when people say that. :-D Scheduled(ish) release is end of June. That depends on how well Beta 2 goes which is the full up release candidate bashing session. Quietly confident atm, Beta 1 hasn't thrown up any showstoppers and we've already had some great suggestions for tweaks and/or future free updates.
Multiplayer is great....smooth and simple! You guys are going to love it! It's definitely a bigger, better, more badass sequel that still retains GLWG's core gameplay/mechanics....only with a bunch of new, awesome units with new abilities (offensive, defensive, support).... some destructible buildings, dynamic leveling/upgrade system, AND ASYNCHRONOUS MULTIPLAYER that is OUTSTANDING and works very smoothly with in-game notifications, friends list, matchmaking or private games......oh ya, it's also also going to be cross-platform online play with Android, Vita, etc....
Enjoying the beta, you all are in for a treat on release. Like any good sequel this one has more of everything - cleavage, mustaches, and sneaky cloud of war. Still I regret I have yet to find the secret cow level.
