Universal Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (by Rockstar)

Don't get me wrong, I love the game (there's nothing like blasting down the highway full speed destroying everything in your path while playing rock) but its just so hard I can't enjoy it as much as it deserves. That's why I play Gta IV instead if the old ones. (so excited for GTA V!!)

How's it's replayability? How does it compare to GTA3 III?

Is a new GTA going to be released in the near future?

 

Replayability? If you like running around mindlessly killing, stealing cars and flying, then it is very good. Not entirely sure if you can replay missions though.

Compared to GTA3? Not sure you can compare really. Different story, different location. Other than that, the graphics and lighting are better. However, the draw distance seems the same, if not worse.

A new GTA soon? One can only hope! With GTAV coming to consoles this year, we can only hope for a mobile companion of some kind! Otherwise, it is only logical to assume that there will be a 10 year anniversary edition of San Andreas released next year.

 

How do you load previous saves? Can't for the life of me figure it out. I accidentally started a new game and can't do anything but resume it.

 

The option should be in the 'Start Game' menu

 

Weird, I tried that and it immediately started a new game. Tried again and now the options there. Thanks

 

Can you turn off the voices but leave sound on?

Am I the only one that struggles with the driving controls in this game?

 

Driving is fun. You can change your driving controls if you choose to. On the bike though, it can kind of get sketchy :/

 

Are you using the analog controls to drive or the buttons?

 

Analog. You somewhat get better controls instead of the buttons. And it's fun doing wheelies and stuff on a bike

 

Im stuck at Cortex final mission "All Hands On Deck". I killed all French man but the game does not move on. Anyone has the same problem???

 

You have to destroy the boats and the helicopters, if my memory serves me correctly

Why do I not have Cap The Collector unlocked yet? It is at my Estate? Am I supposed to receive a phone call? What's up?

 

Damn, the game keeps crashing at startup. I tried reinstalling, deleting the saves from iCloud and rebooting the iPhone, and nothing works. Am I the only one experiencing this?
EDIT: I reinstalled it again and now it works.

 

It's crashing at startup for me too; I've reinstalled it once and may do that again.

 

I'd really like my GTA San Andreas ported to iPhone. Love that one.

 

You don't have long to wait, 10th anniversary is next year... So hope R* release it for iOS. I have the PC version, was too epic. Now needz it for iPhone
