Yeah. I was only thinking about the iPhone and iPhone 3G. I forgot that the 1st gen iPod Touch had a late 32GB addition before the App Store launched.

 

No Problem On My ipod touch 4th , havent experienced any crashes just a little lag

Anybody started a car model modding thread yet?
Or tried any car mods?
Worked great in gta 3 on iOS so downloaded a load to test out from gtainside.
Will start trying them out over the weekend to see.
Gotta throw me a white Ferrari Testarossa and a black Ferrari Daytona in there just to get the Miami Vice vibe going as well considering Tubbs (Phillip Michael Thomas) is already one of the voices.
And Phil Collins In The Air Tonight.

Ill do that then turn off the iPod and turn it back on but I bet the same will happen

 

I did the above and still crashes when you wanna save and lag galore so ill wait for a update

 

Same, game is junk for iPod touch 4th gens.
Wish I could get money back, but apple don't contact right away.

Rockstar needs to address it here and on the App Store that does not run on iPod 4.

 

Too many awesome games I don't think my $15 iTunes card will be enough . GTA-Vice City , MC4, mutant mudds and its just the beginning of the month . I bet there will be more great releases and the " I-cant-miss-this-sell " price drop , damn it!
Does anyone knows what's the actual file size already installed for GTA-Vice City?

I am having SO MUCH FUN playing this game. Forgot how good vice city is compared to gta 3, and on my ipad mini this version absolutely rocks. I love San Andreas and GTA IV but Vice City has to be one of my favourites.

Just spent a dizzying 20 minutes escaping the police on a scooter dressed as a golfer with a hammer in my hand and V-Rock playing on the radio, with the sun setting as I caused chaos. It's good to be home...

 

I agree, this is one of the few games on idevice that have ever made me feel like it was money well spent

 

Did you play GTA 3 on ios? Is this an improvement (besides being a better game)?

Yes, you can. And stoppie.

I played both. This is definietly an improvement. The character models are noticibly much better, and the controls have been refined. They've combined the jump and sprint button to save on clutter. Ambience and atmosphere seems much better too.

However, pop-in is more noticeable on the streets, so you get a few cars at at time which can make it look a tad empty. On this point, it is worse than III.

 

This game has so many things to do! I just had a 5 minute golf car chase around the golf course that ended up in me being pushed into the lake.
