True, but Vice City controls were much improved from GTA 3 controls. So San Andreas controls should be good. Any (early) imps to confirm?
iPad 3? Any word on iPad 3 performance? The App description states the dynamic lighting and such will not be present on anything below iPad 4th gen and iPhone 5. " Enhanced for the iPhone 5 series and iPad 4th Gen and above with dynamic detailed shadows and real-time environmental reflections."
Lol, Samuel L Jackson is in the game!! Another reason to buy SA People who played SA, is Jackson there as a cameo intro or he will reappear throughout the story?
Are you crazy, mate? I just took a sip of coffee before reading your post, now I have to clean the whole table...
Was hoping for a $4.99 price tag. I'll probably wait for a price drop, paid $4.99 for each, GTA III and VC, then they priced dropped. Plus I don't have enough room in my 16 GB iPhone, I'd have to delete almost half of the stuff I have on here. lol
I'm slightly amazed there's so much hype for this. I guess a lot of you never played this on a console to a bloody pulp?
Lol, I know I did. I still have it. I guess it's the point of having it in your pocket to play whenever you want.
I have, but not in my car, on the train, on line at the check-out, on my deck, during lunch at work, in the... well, you get the point. DBC
I never played it on consoles... but I have the PC version and played the heck out of it. Having it portable for the first time will be pretty cool. I don't care for the theme of the game as much as the much bigger world with more places to see and stuff to do. For me that's where it shines. No longer having death be when you hit the water is a major plus. To me the best version of older gta games is Vice City Stories as it has the cool VC world but adds in some gang stuff along with swimming and other stuff from SA. Maybe we'll get a port of Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories next. That would be cool.
