Put Attn: Xor in the subject line as well. We get a lot of junk emails (mostly "Can i b admin plz") and it is almost impossible find an email without our filters directing emails to the right person.
The biggest problem is that many people forget to put their email in their profile, and when we ask them to fix that they are blocking the email / it lands in their spam folder. It's always good to check the spam folder, it might get there because we send hundreds of emails each day.
So does that encourage resending email requests just in case? @bomber I'll give you guys the benefit of the doubt. I just hope the case where an iPod is stolen can be fixed.
A little help? So I was messing with some guy who kept spamming for account transfer in graal city, nothing serious. I just said "give me your udid number for free transfer", not really believing he'd be stupid enough to buy it. Long story short, turns out ipanda was watching when the idiot agreed and he threw a tiz fit. After about 30 seconds of being dragged all over some level pretty fast, I ended up stuck in some black expanse of nothingness with a 3 hour jail timer. Can I have a fair and impartial trial before being condemned to these pits of despair? PS, if anyone wants to join the official 10,000th guild of graal, there are 10 more spots open. I am the only person who actually wears the tag, and the leader has come on once in thepast 8 months, so if at all possible, could I be given more powers by a staff member?
This is taken very seriously. I understand it was a joke, but some people actually do steal UDID's and hack accounts with them. IMO, you are lucky you only got a 3 hour jail. By the way, iPanda wasn't watching you, I believe it sends a message to RC(Remote Control, basically the tool the admins use) or the NPC server sends a message to all of the admins when the term when someone chats UDID or pms it, guild message ETC. Also, What if he said he said his UDID in front of everyone? Anyone that is JB could steal his account, and much more.
Actually, Ipanda was watching me, I kinda saw him. And any idiot dumb enough to shout out his udid deserves to have his account stolen.
True story. This is why I occasionally /npcannounce to players to MAKE SURE they set their email in their profile, otherwise there is NO way for us to locate their profile.
Hi guys i tried restoring my ipod touch and deleting apps but still can't even log into graal. I've also had lots of stuff on recently and haven't had much time for it.
Did you recently update your iPod? I heard the new software update is full of bugs that causes many apps to crash.
Well, I was there also xD. You DID say it out-loud beside Matt's iPhone account when you knew he was there. So it was kind of your fault that you got in trouble, even if it was only a joke =\. Yea, I agree. I think there's a lot of bugs now. I crashed every few minutes now & then. I don't think the crash is due to laggy areas. I can't even access Classic atm too.
-iOS 4.3 -4th Generation iPod Touch -Something like 15.4/28.? taken -like 27 apps running in the background -never jailbroke this device and I haven't experienced crashes for a few months now.
You guys are honestly going to have to get your shit together if you want Graal to live on. To keep it alive, your going to have to do these things. 1. Replace gold memberships on PC with microtransactions, like the ipod/iphone version, and make some sort of thing for 5$ to get full customization. 2. Get rid of observer mode and graal#s FULLY. It's a huge turn-off for people coming from iphone, that they can only have 5 hours unlimited and then they have to put up with observer (I noticed you've done this with zodiac and era, keep at it!) 3. Let players choose their password, not get a randomly generated one. 4. Allow PC/mac players to play iphone servers. PC players have no advantage by having "no lag", as graal can't run without crashing and lagging a ton on old ipods. anything 4th gen + (iphone 4 ipod touch 4, ipad/ipad2) can run graal no lag or crashing, even with high amounts of players. Old ipods/iphones are pretty obselete now, and nobody uses them as much anymore. Almost everyone has upgraded to 4'th gen. (for the people who can't afford 4'th gen, allowing PC/mac players to access iphone would fix this for them). 5. Advertise this game. Google ads are a good way, but also you could make a facebook app for graal. (The microtransaction system would work well too with facebook, because of facebook's new "facebook credits"). If you don't want to make a facebook app, simply make a facebook ad and watch the players flood in. I've found countless good mmos/games through facebook ads. If you are to do one of these things first, I reccommend changing the gold membership to microtransactions first, and getting rid of observer/graal#s with it. It would attract alot more players. I really don't want to see this game die. @ the rate it's going, it's dying fast.
Aww, I'm a little bummed that you guys didn't release new hats for st patty day leprechaun... Now my hat doesn't seem so special anymore... It used to be mah way of showin that I started playin in th very beginning...oh well. I don't really have any other early limited edtion hats :/ on another note though I has a buncha questions: #1 where do you get the TNT? Was that Chinese new years special? If so, Is it unlimited? #2 Whats behind the dragons only door? #3 crap I forgot all my other questions lol, oh well I'll remeber later
Those are good ideas but Graal needs a lot of new areas/content to keep players. I know lots of people who quit due to the lack of new content.
TNT is fireworks right? They were on sale at the beginning of February for the Chinese New Year. They're just like bombs, but they blow up bigger, and you can't pick them up. I guess they're "unlimited". Because if you run out of them, you can just go buy regular bombs. Then you can use them again =]. Behind the Dragon's door is a room filled with magic. Lol kidding. It's just a room filled with really nice furniture, hats & the magic 8 ball.
Thanks dang I missed the fireworks by like a week or two... Oh well, in sure there'll be more types eventually. I seem to be missin like all the events that give the beat stuff away lol.... Well on another note, I just re-met a dude who was in BUSH with me back in the day! You know, back when classic was just released and their were only like 3 main guilds or clans as they were called, There were just the Sages, GoD, and BUSH... Good times who else remebers those lol
