I have had this problem before. Typically, if you forward them your apple store receipt (complete with ID and transaction number), they will credit your gralats within 24 hours.
Well the classic and era staff are answering hundreds of emails each day, it's often good to watch in your spam folder, otherwise send the request again to [email protected]
Stefan, if possible, can you guys please fix the spar scores thing? I've noticed my spar score drops/gains whenever I guildspar D=. Well, I don't even know if guild sparring is supposed to count too but if it does, I guess I'll have to join better guilds next time when I GS. But, I kind of like joining random guilds to spar though so I don't know....
Wow, I just got a 7 day IP ban for no reason. I am just playing the game, talking casually to a friend. I'm not doing anything explicit nor am I hacking/glitching. then randomly I get a ban for "teaching others how to use UDID faker." What does this mean? I taught someone how to fake their UDID? I don't know how to do this, how could I have taught someone? I am assuming this was an automated ban that has a bug because theres no way an admin could have made this mistake. Anyways I emailed [email protected] about this with the subject starting with "ATTN XOR:" and explained the problem, and I am hoping to get unbanned within the next few days, with something in return for the inconvenience. At the very least i want a reply with an apology and being unbanned... anyway Stefan please remove the script that auto bans people for "teaching others how to use UDID faker", it is faulty and is causing problems.
I remember this coming up. Your quote was something along the lines of "All you have to do is switch your UDID" iTunes takes udid faking very VERY serious and we have to take proper action. However if you feel it was a mistake (and I already emailed you) let me know the name of your guild, I will find your account that way and reverse it (unless you know your pcnumber by heart, which I suggest every to do).
Whenever someone talks about udids via guild chat then it is logged and shown to admins. This is especially a problem when people ask other people for their ids and then go on their account and hack things. Please message [email protected] or [email protected] to get more information. About spar scores: it is possible that the guild spars are influencing the normal spar rates. We could do a separate spar raring eventually, but that would reset all spar ratings.
Are all messages stored on the server or are the only logged ones stored on the server? I really don't want admins going through my personal conversations, I think I will just let the ban run out.
The last few pms are stored in case you are reported then we check the person who reported you to see if it's true.
So your saying if someone harassed someone, then got a friend to spam pm them 15 messages or so before the admins responded to the report, they wouldn't have any proof? If so that needs a fix. But I seriously think only higher admins should get pm history viewing rights. There have been some terrible admins in the past that are extremely immature.(mostly around 14 years old)
And people still don't know a PK room isn't meant for farming. I kill someone cause I'm bored and they cuss me out for that reason. Same thing happened while I was sparring and I attacked someone while they were trying to say "Gi". The smartest people play Graal.
