You get the mouse from the forest just north of onnet. You go through a series of rooms with 3 doors in each. Pick the correct room to go to the next, but pick the wrong one and you are warped back to the start. In the final room talk to the witch and she will give you the rat free.

I once had Ipanda see me glitching on his ipod then a week later he saw me again in graal city just hanging out but this time on his pc so he jailed me. Sometimes you just forget the reason...
