What they need to do, is hire LAT's (which azrael is doing as he find AMAZING LAT's) and slowly "kick out" anyone who is not doing their pull. Currently all the staff does their work, we have a huge GFX team now, which I see as stupid, but all the GFX team are amazing GFX, what no one realized is that we need some SFX also xD
Hmmmm, I'll just show you what I don't like For a story it is great, but does not work for a server. You have to consider what the LATs and scripters need to know to make it possible. Also, you should include how that holy relic got there, what the beasts name is, and other things like that. Good for a story, but not the right style if your trying to write for a server. A server does not need all of those fancy verbs like dodged, because in the game, dodged and moved and scampered and walked and ran will all be the same thing for the player, so the verbs will have no affect on what actually happens; your character moves to the left. And then you should describe the beast more, as in how you want it to look. Describe what is in and around the cave, why you came to the cave, and where it is located.

Not that her work is bad... This was my applying story... The red blazing heat was all around. All I could see was hot, burning fire. I struggled as I choked through the black smoke. I had to fight from losing consciousness. The fire had begun when the Marauders came, just before they came... * There was whistle as a speck of bright orange rippled through the starlit sky, passing right under the full moon. Only when it had struck and shattered a hanging lantern, spitting fire onto the ground and engulfing a nearby tent in flames, did we know it had been a flaming arrow. The blazing fire spread through our village like a plague. * Not long at all after, did we both hear and feel the thumping of horse’s hooves thundering towards our village. The blinding light, and smoke in our eyes from the fires, made it almost impossible to see the approaching band of horsemen, who looked brutal, and vicious. * The horses entered our village and their riders dismounted. The men riding them appeared to be muscular, yet I could not make out their faces, for they were hidden in shadow cast from the flames. * I quickly tried to gather my thoughts. Mother, Father, I thought to myself. I knew I had to find them and then make our escape as quickly as we could. I ran furiously towards my home, where I could only hope my parents were still there. As I ran, I had to hold my gown up, as to prevent the edges from igniting should a spark or ember come near me. In seconds, I had reached my home and I watched in utter shock, as the towering flames above my dwelling burned, and soon my house had collapsed. I was too stunned to even cry. * *I snuck around to our elder’s lodge, where the vile criminals who had caused this horrid event were holding him against the wall. I got close to the window, and, seeing as it was the only building not charred, I was able to even creep close enough to the door and listen closer. They were shouting demands at the elder. If I had heard correctly, they did not even want any money or valuables at all. They had come for the Elder himself. I did not know why, but I knew I had to rescue him; and avenge my parents. * As quietly as I could, I rushed over to where their horses were, and on each of the saddles, engraved was the word: Marauders. I quickly jumped on to the horse, which then whinnied abruptly, arising a few grunts from the Elders lodge. *I knew they were coming. So, broken-hearted and full of vengeance for my parent’s death, hearing the screams of my people, the ones who were still alive, and cries of their children, I rode off into the night, not knowing where or how exactly, but that I would one day find them… and get my revenge. Mwahaha.
People don't get angry when there's new staff members. They get jealous xD. @ Alex- I think the reason why they have 20 GP's is because we have over 1k players but i do agree that 20 GP's is a little too much too xD. And I think this server is fine the way it is atm w/o the quests & writing staff & whatever you want it to have =P. @ Skillcape- Please don't say mean things about iArtist. She's very talented and deserve the position. If you can't gfx as good as her, please don't go trashing her =\. It's disrespectful to say things about a new staff you haven't even got to know yet. Well anyways, I've always liked her work even before her & iDisneyWorld were together.
I didnt trash her. I said her work was good. But face it, people send in good work all the time but are usually ignored is all. But being dating a gp, you can Get your stuff noticed... I mean I know everyone agrees there... She is nice and I chat with her but no offense she has a slight ego xD but don't we all sometimes? Hehe Lols.
Let me refresh your memory a bit. I was holding an admin bomb. Then you started acting all cocky and said I hacked it. Truthfully how could you prove that and why couldn't I have got it from an admin?

And I actually get jealous with people who get admin but don't do their job. I'm not being sarcastic. I'd love to get tons of free stuff, no lag, respect, noob followers, new items, glitching abilities, and all without work
She never deserved to be hired. She isn't nice, and neither is her boyfriend. One of the other reasons I didn't set tag for Zanza when i was in it. I got tired of being insulted constantly by iDisney and his stupid girlfriend, who hates homosexuals and bisexuals, and thinks that they, "choose" to be that way and that they are immature. She can have her views, I don't care, but when she announces them in Zanza guild chat its taking it too far. If they really want staff to represent the game and it's values, they wouldn't hire her.
Lia, you keep saying things like "Don't insult her if you don't know her" about iArtist and things like that, but you yourself are speaking too soon. I bet you didn't know about what happened with Regret. Different people act differently. Being a nice person (Like you XD) means you are nice to everyone. When I was talking about Florida Oranges and I said he was a jerk, I was right. Just because he is nice to you doesn't mean he is nice to everyone else, which he isn't. So don't say that we are speaking too soon.
This is exactly why admins should be hired as in being paid. If they work for the company itself they aren't going to be as biased and immature. They wil have a reason to be responsible and act accordingly to keep their job. Also they will be more experienced than the graal players themselves.
Replies @ Regret- That's their own personal beliefs. I don't think they hate homosexuals. =\. And I don't think they meant to offend you in any way. They probably were just giving their opinions on the topic and wanted to see what other people's responses were too. @ Alex- I'm pretty sure i'm not alone. I've seen all the good and bad things on this game from the beginning D=. And when CTF came out, it was popular. Now it's slowly dying. So, how is that considered a progress? Also, I've known iArtist for 8-9 months now. She's a good friend of mines. I don't know what else happened to Regret but maybe learn to forgive & forget? Holding grudges is bad O=. And if you want to know, I'm not nice to everyone. I can be pretty mean to people but most of the time, I choose not to be. I just treat everyone the same way I want to be treated =].
Considering those were pretty much her exact words I noted in my last post, I'm pretty sure she meant it in an offensive manner. I'll forgive her when she takes the time to apologize for what she did.
