Ok first of all I know they would ever consider this cause graal has been around for years and this has never happened. Second of all I also doubt that a chunk of the players have a credit card or paypal. Third of all, why would they pay them for being admins for a virtual game? I can see for a beta test, but paying them real money for moderating is soo lame. And you know what, half of em would still be the exact same annoying way they are now. Think of it this way: Would you pay someone money for moderating a forum? NO! this isn't any different. Forum moderators act up, so do irl workers. It's part of life. It's just such a simple answer, you don't even see it? Just fire the newbs and hire some newer people. And they don't act up cause they don't get enough. They act up because they can without getting in trouble.

weird I can get through graal city without a crash 99% of the time. If you can't stand it then take a different route or don't play such a massive game.
You do realize basically every mmorpg on the PC and some iPhone games hire their admins. They are paid to update and control part of the game. They are not meant to be biased to any one player. Moderating a forum has nothing to deal with gaming... You completely took it out of context. A game makes a whole lot more than a forum, some don't even make money. Almost every good mmorpg hires people to do the job of improving a game.
