i dought it. blokcing in forts and ctf is completely legal in my book. if your jailed for it report the admin for abuse.
Never ever send more than 1 email lol. Be patient. Their email might have listed you as spam, as they did to mine a while back when I sent 10+ emails about my transfer, but they eventually saw it and replied. Only XOR reads the transfer emails, and he's only on the email once every few days, so it takes a while. When you get your account you might not get your items\hats back. I lost mine. I had like 4 gralat receipts from iTunes in my inbox so I decided to be a ass and send them for free gralats saying I didn't get them, but they deserved it because I never got my stuff back. Then I bought it all back. Before I did that I tried to tell XOR but it seems like he was purposely ignoring my emails.
Yes if you are in the water in my opinion everything else is strategy since you can acctually be hit and killed unlike in the water.

that reminds me... In most refrigerators, there's a little pulley that helps do something i forget.. and most manufacturers make the belt on the pulley so thin, it will break soon after purchase. it may seem like a flawed idea, but actually they do it so that it will break soon, and you have to go out and buy a new belt which they purposely make VERY expensive. Pretty tricky lol

Also, here is an idea. Why not have ranks? As in more expierienced players have higher ranks? Possibly have people with 100+ flags have kick power? Or no, maybe some player moderators for CTF itself? Hehe. Maybe thats a bit too much like RS....but still. Ranks would be awesome! I get kind of annoyed when noobs try to lead and somebody trys to tell them that they are the leader and the noob says something like who made you leader... There should be a way to single out a leader on basis of success.
I would moderate for CTF easily, since it's all I do on graal no other than chat and party with my Cruxis buddies.
Yeah, I would too, but I hope the proccess to become a CTF mod will be reasonable... As in not people only from Admin guilds can get in. That would be crap.
