yeah but gold name is staff only since your alignment points never change on classic iphone. i say that may mean boots since your name automatically goes gold when you put boots on. lol who do you think your talking to i know this stuff. and player relations is pretty much a job where your asking to get flamed. "berries doesnt do anything but sit on a roof and talk to random people." i think everyone sort of shares pr via feedback feature. idea: alright so as you all know theres a huge problem with the graal iphone economy. so im introducing a way to bail us out. lets see what other people think: jobs: pretty much every day there are 5 people around graal who you can talk to. you do a little challenge for them, and theyll pay you 500 gralats. thered be a hide and seek one, a spar, a push and pull block puzzle, a quiz, and baddy killing jobs. overall youd get 2500 gralats for completing these daily jobs and itd probably take a little over an hour in time. this will also keep players logging in every day. "im sorta getting tired of graal but i should probably just go on and do my jobs so i can get some more gralats." chests: around graal there are a bunch of chests. most of them contain absolutely nothing. fill these up with some gralats, so players can go around searching for each chest. a total of 5000 gralats after finding them all would be nice. one big plus on this for me is for new players to be able to get some quick cash. because when i take a newb under my belt cash is always very important. i want them to know that the first things they should get are the lantern, and a horse. which just so happen to almost add up to 5000 gralats. achievements: make achievements build into the game, so everytime they get one, they earn x amount of gralats for that achievement. again, this will keep people playing since theyll want to earn achievements, and gralats are just a bonus to it too. make a fishing port in balamb with fishing poles so players have a reliable way to earn constant money without having to worry about stealers and such. plus, this will probably be more fun, and it will clear up some room in the farms so if someone wants to farm it isnt as busy there. this is something very attractive for new players to see too. thats pretty much it. imo, with this graals economy will be pretty much fixed. theyll be able to do jobs, to earn a steady income every day, then they can earn achievements which will keep players striving to get better, and have them keep playing, chests, which would give players a little bonus cash to spend which is always nice, and will recieve positive feedback, plus will be good to new players so they can get some things for themselves to make themselves more equal to pros. fishing will provide a secondary source of income and will stop the stress and annoyance of farming.
Actually, the boots only turn your name gold when scripted that way... And I know this "stuff" too also, have you ever played era? The player relations staff help you right away and you don't wait 15 minutes for a feedback reply that May or may not be answered. Plus, if I was a pr staff, I wouldn't sit around on a roof all day. Even so, you could be stealthed. But there could be more than 1 pr you know...
Think the word your looking for Skillcape is FAQ they have it on PC graal to they help ppl w/quests and any graal stuff i know the whole world there it may be 70 ppl but it feels like a few hundred some times Also Are you talking about Gold / AP or Gold/act because you do need a gold account on most major PC servers to be a admin. you do get a gold name w/admin to as most games do for Gold ap you cannot kill players while playing outside in PK zones but in PK games ( Events ) you can kill people . Also Bomber/Xor You guys thinking of Doing Events & stuff and hiring Events Team? some thing more fun then Mod Tag for a Hat
sooo this would be your life as a pr...since you have to talk to players, youll have to keep pms on, so youll get tons of flaming mssges, and people asking for free stuff and such. your expescted to answer the quistions of 1500 people, instead of the 70 that era gets. (making that argument invalid). so when you get 500 quistions coming at you at a time you expect to answer them all? honestly pr sounds like a terrible job. it seems like the only reason anyone would think of asking for a pr position here is for the powers. i know your very friendly berries but you have to look at the fact that graal gets thousands of players more than other top pc servers. itd be impossible to deal with them all.
zilla thats the point when you have 1k+ ppl playing most of witch r newbs. they will want free stuff be your friend all newb stuff but more likely then not they will need your help.
Well, there's really no point to being a PR. If anyone really wanted to help newbs answer their questions, they would've already done so. You don't need to have a gold name so people will ask you questions. You can just be kind by helping them without it being your job =]. And they will ask you questions if you offered them help. Just go to Balamb island and try out there first. The newb guys are more shy than the girls so more girls will ask for help xD. I'm learning new things from newbs daily^_^.
i love the achievements one, but, they didnt start it out in the beginning so all the hour achievements would be messed up. some people would be getting so many gralats the day achievements came out. but still, I think its cool I'll help to think of some achievements -hours -spar ratio and # of wins -pk ratio and # of kills -guild tower -guild spar -reporting glitch? admin would have to give this one after seeing glitch and ill add more later oh ya plus I'll help make the symbols pk: 10 kills pk 50 kills pk 100 kills pk havnt done rest but the other milestones would be 500 1000 2500 5000 10000 and the rest would be ratio spar symbols would be karate belts (white, orange, blue, yellow, green, brown, black, black gold rim, black samurai sword tied to belt, uzi) guild tower hours: would be # 1-25 (achievement given to anybody in guild at the moment of rank promotion) guild spar: would be a karate belt with a # behind (everybody gets achievement in guild except ppl with more loses than wins) the glitch report would be a gold +1 (symbol)
They should stop talking about staff and just enjoy the game, post levels, post pics, post GFX, talk about the fun stuff, not the staff who are just trying to do there work, chill out, relax, be players, leave the work to the staff. GUYS YOUR HURTING PEOPLE FEELINGS WITH ALL THIS STUPID STAFF BLU BLA BLEH. It's a game, play it, enjoy it, hang out, but it's not real life; their is NO REASON to act so childish and talk trash, or beg, about staff positions.
