You've been packet sniffing for our passwords. Where to begin... WELL...gone are the days of hubs where every packet was sent to every attached node which allowed for packet sniffing. It is also possible to overload a switches MAC table and turn it into a hub for a set amount of time. However, given there are routers involved, it is irrelevant anyways given routers divide networks and hence, limit broadcast traffic. Now, adding to the fact any authentication is done DIRECTLY to the server and would not travel towards your computer at any point adds another point to why you should shush. You can't sniff for packets that doesn't exist anywhere near your computer or your network. The wonders of point-to-point encryption and the fact you're not situated at my house OR the data center means you ain't getting anywhere. You're only good for editing files aka kiddie scripting. Shush. The amount of times someone has tried to convince me that they will hack me or the game is ridiculous. 9/10 'hackers' can't even tell me what 802.3 without having to run to Wikipedia.
