Game Impressions First and foremost, this game is online only at the moment, because there isn't a editor for the ipod/iphone version at the moment. Second of all, the game runs on a zelda 3 like engine. In the pc version, players are allowed to create their own levels and play them using a editor. They can rent a server for 60$ a year and host it, and players can visit it. There is a easy to learn scripting language, and you can create lots of things inside the engine using it. Now that you have a basic idea of the much better pc version, let me explain the ipod/iphone version. There is only 1 server, and it is a remake of the original server from 2001 on graal pc. There are no quests, and no sword upgrades or shield upgrades or spells or anything. The whole server for iphone is basically what you get when you combine these games- club penguin (before disney bought it) + zelda 3 = graal iphone The server is lacking quests and more weapons right now, but they plan to add them soon along with horses. So don't get turned off by that. Sooner or later they are going to make ipod/iphone versions of the graal era server(basically a modern version of graal with guns)/zodiac rpg server (with classes and spells and magic). There is a nice guild system, where you can make a guild for 2000g, and 25 people can join it. You can set 5 allies also. Guilds take towers and gain hours to be the best guild on the leaderboards. There is also sparring, which is basically competive swordfighting with one opponent, and guild spar which is your guild and another guild. If you get to know the right people, the community can be very nice. Join guilds with good reputation and nice people, not just guilds who recruit newbies so they can hold down a tower. Try making connections with people from the toucharcade community. In the end, if you like rpg systems and leveling, you should head on over and make a account at graalonline.com Without a gold membership, you can play graal kingdoms, graal zone, zodiac server (a rpg server) and era with unlimited play. You are limited to very little customization options without a gold membership, but it's not that bad. There is a fair amount of heads and bodies and shields and sword skins for non-members.
Ok...the quote buttons aren't working on my phone. Weird. So, just to touch on a few points over the last few pages so I can feel like I did something: Evil's shield, i'm not really sure if anyone modified it. But its pretty much been answered about the shield restrictions, large shields, really REALLY bad shields, and"hat shields" are generally rejected. About the e-mail/shield uploads, I've seen this e-mail account, and its PACKED. Xor checks the non-uploads emails daily, Lollipop and many other staff handle uploads. But it's not an easy job, lots of shield have to be fixed. And, surprisingly Lolli hit some sort of daily email sending limit...That was interesting. But we're working on it, chipping it down as much as we can. Also, does every player REALLY need a necklace shield? And as for my disappearence over the last 3 or so days. A mix of my real job calling me in every day, (the 2nd shift person they just hired called in every day distressed over her son being in an accident. ...Yea, sad huh? Oh, but lets not forget the part where she comes in for her check and outright tells us she not only lied about it, but was going in for job interviews on those days and doesn't even have a son. Wtf?) And i've been having connection issues on my pc after a reformat and upgrade to Windows 7 64bit. So, i'll be back whenever my PC stops acting up. I also feel somewhat inclined to point out that the server fee of $60 per 6 months is pretty reasonable. Compare it to those CS:S, TF2 or other personal game servers. Also keep in mind that it comes with a decent amount of help from GDTs, and a nice admin system (RC). Not really a bank breaking price at $10 a month... And a final note, the pimp, those are actually pretty decent levels. Good start to LATting.
We have just submitted a new version (v1.7) to the App Store, it will go live in about one week or so. It has improved bombs, new option to disable animations (for slower devices) and some more stuff

I can look into noting your account info down in case you need to transfer. Sucks your stuff was possibly jacked, but you shouldn't lose everything with it. Where'd you lose it?
THANK YOU! If i can ever play again this will be a miracle! I rarely wear animated shields or use anything really animated or hatwise so this will greaaatly reduce lag
Awesome! Are .gani animations affected? I would love to test Graal Zodiac iPhone! I've played zodiac in depth, Classic in depth, tested before, and I know what iPhone players want. I'm running IOS 4.0, on a Second Gen 8 GB. iPod Touch.
