Outer Empires as of this writing is not in the US app store for whatever reason. I typed in words but each time comes up with nothing. I went to an older link from appshopper and it said not available in the US. Not sure why it was pulled or why no one has made mention of this.

However, I still have the app from before, and it works just fine for me. It makes no sense. Try the browser version.
