I'll judge as well, but IMO we might want to try just making a poll instead of judges. Because most of the people on here will want to judge, and we will have 2 times as many judges as hat makers which doesn't make for much fun.

Holy crap! How does he make those?!? What does he use omg!

 

He uses Photoshop CS3 and Image Ready CS.

He also made this a while back

As for the robot hats, it's Lolli's decision (Copyright issues)
