The "Terms of Service" has very little to do with the principle of the matter. It is not acceptable to treat users like dirt because of a so-called "Terms of Service" either.
How are they treating you like dirt? It's not like they credit me for any work I did like shields or hats, and may I say those are very good. The Terms of Service are what they are, not to be brash when I say that. Why don't you go bother Xor or Lollipop to take them off? Honestly, contacting a general thread isn't the best place to rant.
This isn't just about getting the situation fixed, it's about making a comment to the general players. People wouldn't feel the need to make their files personal if others would only ask nicely and show some respect. Personal files are heavily enforced on the server where these heads were uploaded, and so the player(s) who uploaded them were fully aware of what they were doing. It is also worth mentioning that had this been on regular Graal, which also abides by the Terms of Service, it still wouldn't have been accepted because it is against the Playerworld Administration rules. It is not about credit at all, it's about being polite and having some decency. Ignoring that these files have their respective authors is akin to treating them like dirt. These files would not exist without their creators, and as I said in my original post, it would have been nice if they were given common courtesy and asked if it was okay first.
Stop bugging me about that, seriously. I said 1 a week. This is kinda the wrong place for this. I think you should either post on the official forums or talk to someone in charge.

the Graal TOS actually has a lot to do with the priciple of this, if you would have been smart enough to read this you would have know this was going to happen and would now not be troubled by this. The fact that you are bringing this up and labling it as an "issue" really destroys your creddibility in my eyes and, i believe, in many others as well. Regardless, if you dont like for your graphics to be used on other servers, become a tileset and object GAT on a playerworld, those cant be transfered ^_^
The content still belongs to Graal. That's why UN can't complain their ice skates are being used, or Zodiac's rabbit and water pet (as a hat), or anything. It's okay for this server to use it because it's managed by Graal, and not a server managed/owned by a player.

I found out how to do this glitch that people tend to abuse a lot. I'll take pics of it so y'all can find out what it is and patch it and stuff. And if you see me on a ledge, don't jail. >_<

I think everyone knows it is within the TOS that the graphics are owned by Graal. But lifting and using graphics from another server is just crass and makes you look like a tool. I think it is fairly understood and frowned upon that leeching content from others is just a dick move, why not just ask for permission instead of taking the images and show some respect to the artist? Anyone who takes without asking is a parasite. ^_^
