Poetry. Like you said, admins are people too. They make mistakes, and they can have fun. It's not like other jobs are nonstop, rather you have small breaks to relax and have a good time. I for one think my firing was unfair appealing to this, but that's life.

So why would you chose to farm at the hat shop when it's crowded? The hat shop isn't even a good place to farm. So why? After I constantly sent out messages telling people not to pk at the hat shop or block, people did it anyway. I was trying to tell everyone to unstick out of the hat shop instead of walking out. But I was dragging people around for two hours straight out there and barely made any progress. I dragged people out of the way to make sure I got the right ID but then everyone still spammed with feedback that they weren't doing anything wrong. I don't know everyone's individual situation but if you were accidentally jailed, we didn't mean it. We were trying to do what we could. It was so crowded, that people froze up, lagged, and got disconnected. I was making sure I didn't get anyone who was lagging for that reason. Nobody expected it to be THAT crowded. Healy, please don't start with saying your firing was unfair again. I could give lots of reasons why you shouldn't have been given as many chances as you had.

Oh, lol. I did download the game a couple months ago and I re downloaded it couple days ago. I like Zodiac but there's meanies killing me! I'm on a hunt for XOR there. I saw Luca in one of the games. She's an iPhone admin. Nursie, did you or who ever is managing the admins (likes XOR) give specific rules to healy to follow? Or did Healy did not know he wasn't allowed to pull people up and never got a warning to don't do it again? You should probably give some warnings and rules posted up before recruiting a new GP. I saw iPanda pull lots of people up all the time. Did Healy mass pull people? I'm not getting on either side but I'm just wondering to see if this is a fair situation or not. I'm always on my iPod typing my posts, so I'm very sorry if I make lots of typos
It's not really any of anyones business why he was fired though. He was warned about certain things though. Dragging was fine before all the wall "hackers". I don't know how he was hired though, they gave me some pretty basic rules though. But he went through training and I was just hired with years experience from working with different PC Graal servers. Nobody wouldn't fire a person for dragging people up once or twice though. I really don't think Xor would fire people unfairly. And I'm not sticking up for him because he's my boss. But I know from experience. We really need to stop discussing someone else's firing. It's personal... But he has no right to say it was unfair really. I told him should get another chance in the future because I'm sure he learned his lesson. But his firing was fair. Heres something I doodled at school. Using a laptop without a mouse is rather annoying. x_X The front view is almost done if it looks just as good as my home computer's monitor. But it could be completely wrong. The spartan shield I made looked great on the school's crappy monitor but uber dull at home.
Yes. Yes we can. And a hat's tip to Nursie. With the lag, sometimes even the most experienced of admins can jail the wrong person. It's hard to explain how the graal client operates for jailing procedures, but when there's lag all sorts of problems arise. Trust me when I said it's not always user friendly and plays tricks on us when we click people. If you click someone and they move, and there's lag, the client will think it clicked grass and when that happens, it automatically goes to the nearest person. MULTIPLE times I have jailed myself thinking I clicked a hacker or whatever. Then I yell out a series of mild language. I'm not gonna talk more than this about the firing thing considering it has nothing to do with me but my advice to everyone is to keep it off public forums. It's in bad taste to gossip about anyone's demise in real life and it's just as disrespectful to do it for Graal to someone even it's for or against the decision. Nursie and Xor were simply explaining the situation, pretty clearly. It happened and we all continue to play the game. He's a big boy he can take care of himself by controlling his opinions so I hope you can all do the same.
Yes thankyou Nicole and Nursie. I wanted to get over the whole thing, put it behind me. I've grew up and recognize my actions, and I know how stupid I was. Letting me finally get to the beef, I have some simple suggestions: 1. Code of Conduct given at Tutorial Island/Balamb. It could simply be a copypasta from the website. Players would be required to agree before being allowed to exit. 2. Uploads made easy: Whenever the Classic site is up, add a submission form where you can attach an image. This is then sent to an administrator only page where they can directly upload the shield via a button that uploads it to classiciphone, and would come with an accept/decline button. 3. Cards: Me and some other admin- I forget who- were discussing how popular cards would be considering how many players try to be unique and as awesome as possible. Using the random selection, it would fuffil players appetite for being 'different' and would also help fund other projects or things for Graal.

It's an interesting suggestion about cards. I agree that would be a way to show the differentiality in players, and would be great to see in the future. Along with the code of conduct being displayed at Balamb. I haven't even seen a code of conduct for Classic, only admins telling people what's bad.
i see where your going from, but personaly id still like to be one to try to inprove the system...idk i think some of it has to do with admins being unproffesional, all of them actually are sorta, since i see nyn goofing off a lot, pav comes and chills with me and his other friends a lot and does moon walking, nukes, and such. even azrael i see telling storys of "twinious" which my guess is not how thier time is meant to be spent but is commen in all admins/gps with maybe the exception of bombor, xor, and sklyd. my guess is that its power hunger, them thinking, "Ha! i just jailed you!" or something which im sure the immaturity, or unproffesionality of all the admins/gps has to do with, but it also might be a bit of stupidity, not being able to put the puzzle peices together, like not being able to tell whos blocking, and whos not in a gigantic mob, so they make the stupid desision to just jail them all...or when someone hits major lag in a door, you can often tell that thier lagged, by seeing them walk in place a lot. another part is them having a busy schedual, or just deciding too quickly and not getting enough proof, not looking enough. from nats story earlier i can see that this is not her sort of thing, that she makes sure she knows whats going on...ive also experianced ipandas style, which was a little fast for me, but i guess it was okay since the ppl were in unopened area, and ive experianced nats style which i loved lol props to nat...i liked at the spar arena there was a blocker, and she came there, she saw that the guy was afk sitting there...she simply came, saw, moved him, told him that if he was caught blocking again, then he would be jailed, but this hat store gp instead of moving the crowd, like he should of, decided jailing them all of them instead...he/she has the deadly combonation of stupidity, power hunger, and unprofesionalism. or maybe even just one or two of these, but this admin needs some seriouse talking to. azrael did something way back when showing his style, he grabbed a bunch of blockers onto a roof, and me too, although i sorta deserved it because i was one of them, and he sent us all to this warning jail area...it pretty much said get caught again and your banned...gps should look at people like azrael, and nat, and learn from the best, TO GIVE A WARNING BEFORE A JAIL!! anyway what im saying here redsox, is just because there are a few unproffesional admins in the bunch, doesnt mean they all are, but you see all these unfair jails, and no they should not have happened, but my guess is over 70% of jails are justified, although id like to make that number higher, so i still want to be a gp, so i can jail rightfully, and so i can put these admins/gps who jail for the wrong reasons on the right path. Oh, and pavs prolly a good one too, since he was a player before, and hasnt rlly been in the admin crowd, and is sorta a normal player at heart, and also his fear of being fired. he wants to make sure he jails for the right reasons because of this. lol end of rant
Well I obviously agree that things should be done professionally. But problems I've run into are things like groups of five to ten people at the same time glitching off the map. If I walk up and start talking to them (which I've tried before) they'll just freak out and run. A more affective approach is to jail first than talk to them all in jail. Depending on how many times they were jailed I might release, lower, raise, or ban the individual after talking to them about why they were jailed. But Godzilla[D00M] I'm sure you've never glitched or blocked before so why worry about this . Instead of "ranting" on touch arcade about us, why not shoot an email to the specific staff member about your issue. We cant fix a problem if we don't know about it. (goes for any glitches or other problems you have)
i do agree with the feedback, maybe you should make it a bit more limmited...but i think if u wanna stop the snowtown spam, just set a release date, so ppl will know when it is open and soz but no offence, but i found your post a bit confusing, how you say were all here to have fun, and jail is no big deal, and we all are here to have fun, but jail stops the fun. everyone in jail is always afk. we all want to have fun, and were trying to but the false jails makes that fun dissapear. mostly because people get mad because theyre thinking wth what am i doing here i should be out there. plus like ipanda said in the bottem, if your jailed again, since you were jailed for this your jail time will be raised the next time, so this could make you lose a buncha hours if your a lagger or something yeah i didnt like zodiac because of the lvling up, and the ppl there are rlly mean, and you try to lvl up too, but all the monsters are super tough. i love unholy nation since its kinda the opposite. lol and its simular to graal ipod code of conduct might make the game a bit of a draw back, because who wants to agree to a 50 page thing in size 6 font before they start some game they just bought. just makes the game a bit of a draw back...instead, i would just make a warning thing, that says WARNING: if you disobay the rules of graal it may result in the banning of your account. if you wish to see the rules pressd the rules button, if you agree to these terms please press accept, or something then the rules button would be there saying no blocking, spamming, glitching, etc. also plus 1 on the cards, id love to collect cards of admins, and items, and things in game, then you could collect them all just a little activity to do well i can see with the first one, but what i would do is observe them in stealth mode, see what theyre doing, then make your move. and i can see it being hard talking to ppl in jail seeing how crowded it gets there latly lol. and about the glitching, you obviously dont know me very well xD although ive only blocked on purpose once...and i was below 100 hours then, so its all good lol. and i cant send that person an email, since that person wasnt seen. they were probably stealthed, and then jailed everyone instead of dragging like a good gp would
