Az & Co are working on the snow town and new items, I'm working on the guild houses right now. Snow town is close to be finished I think.
That shield was made for PC Graal which has the shields differently positioned. So a lot of old shields won't be placed right. I originally made the beating heart shield for Unholy Nation but Katops decided to get it uploaded here so it's on the wrong side too, lol.

Yay guild houses! I think that you should only be allowed to have 25 or more people in it at a time. And it should be always open to guild members and open to others if they have an invite from a guild member. Maybe you can buy a pool, spar arena, baddies etc in addition to normal house items?

Yes and no, Healy's right, Az said somewhere (on FB i think) that they have over 300 apps to go through and i have a feeling that they will be hiring as a group, not individuals. I used to have that shield on for quite some time, it was on my players left-hand side ^.^ where was it supposed to be placed? Lolz i used to think Jezzle's apple was an acorn, look at it again and tell me it doesn't XD. lol, One day i walked up to him and there were a few other people around him and they were saying things like, "Oh Jezzle, I love your apple!", so then i said "Guys, it's an acorn not an apple right Jezzle?" Apparently he didn't like me saying that because he made the :mad face right before dragged me all around the screen eventually leaving me in a tree, he then ran up and proceeded to nuke me to death all the while continuing the :mad face. After about five kills he let me off the tree before saying, "It's an apple! ", and abruptly running away. ^.^ Ahhh, good times! Anywho, about your hat,it looks really good! However, it looks at though you forgot the head for when it is dead :? Or is that what that little cherry in the bottom left of the image is? If it is, then i would suggest something a bit different, say maybe a squashed cherry? Or what about a raisin? (yes there are cherry raisins! :3) Because as it stands, a big cherry head doesn't make much sense turning into a tiny cherry when it dies :/ But of course, this is all in my opinion. Yeah, Censored was my name on UN. And it's supposed to be in the right hand instead of the left. The shield wasn't actually messed up, just flipflopped.
Oh i see. But now i'm curious, Why is the heart in the right hand :? is there a specific reason or just aesthetics?
