There isn't much scary stuff for the wii ... Resident Evil 4 - Not THAT scary, but some nice moments of pure panic.. Dead Space Extraction - Not as scary as the 360 Version (that one was hardcore, especially the sound effects), because of its on-rail-shooter gameplay Manhunt 2 - More violent than scary and not really that good. Silent Hill: Shattered Memories is coming soon. A remake of the first (AAAAAWESOME) SH1!
Lol, scary games on the wii... hahah.... That might scare the kids that play it... Either way, I do have a wii, and there are a couple of decent ones. Umbrella Chronicles was a bit creepy, and Resident Evil 4 is great. I don't know about the Wii version, but the GC one is insane. They're also making a Wii-specific version of the Resident Evil Remake, and you can play all those good scary games like Eternal Darkness because the Wii plays GC games. But yeah, M-rated games on the Wii are a rarity, but it's becoming less and less so (thankfully...)
Hey, did you know you can play Gamecube games on your Wii? ...yeah, Luigis Mansion and Resident Evil 0. If not, theres always Lit
No More Heroes 2 Tatsunoko Vs Capcom Super Mario Galaxy 2 Sin & Punishment: Star Successor Metroid Other M Donkey Kong Country Returns Epic Mickey Goldeneye Kirby Epic Yarn FlingSmash Sonic Colors
Hahahaha! I would vote Fatal Frame IV also. Don't think you can play it unless you have a region 3 Wii or have a modded Wii.
Obscure II Cursed Mountain And, actually, Cursed Mountain is a pretty good game. One of those underrated little hidden games that come along so often.
Fatal Frame IV: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse - best scary game at this moment, Japanese only Silent Hill Shattered Memories (only the sounds are scary as sometimes you hear loud noises suddenly, nothing else is, you can't expect anything else from a remake that's targeted towards a North American audience) There are no other scary Wii games at this moment, unless you consider Resident Evil 4/Chronicles scary, but seriously all RE games after 3 has been more of action games. The Wii is a family game system, not suitable for more "epic" titles at all.
Fatal Frame 4 Resident Evil 4 (port but this port is the best one out of the Gamecube and PS2 versions because it contains the better graphics the Gamecube had, And all the bonus features the PS2 had and the Wii Control Scheme which is perfect for the game. Resident Evil 4 is considered by many to be one of the best games of all time) Resident Evil 1 (port of one of the scariest games ever) Resident Evil 0 (port of another Resident Evil) Dead Space: Extraction (on rails shooter which is pretty scary) Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles- (on rails shooter in the RE universe) Resident Evil Darkside Chronicles- (another on rails shooter in the RE universe) Silent Hill: Shattered Memories House Of The Dead 2 and 3 (2 awesome On Rails shooters that can be pretty creepy) Also since you have a Wii you need to buy Eternal Darkness: Santiy's Requiem for the Gamecube which is one of the the scariest games of all time that is playable on the Wii also if you want a so bad it's scary game get Game Party... Easily the worst game on the Wii... The graphics are like a GBA attempting 3D and the controls are terrible and the game itself is terrible.
Honestly, other than Fatal Frame IV from the sounds of things (I've been meaning to pick up a FF game myself, but what I've seen is pretty freaky), Resident Evil 4 (I guess, wasn't really that scary though), the Resident Evil 0 and Remake ports to the Wii, and Silent Hill, there's nothing all that scary. I'd suggest looking at older Gamecube games, since it had the entire Resident Evil series up to 4, including 2, Code: Veronica X, and the Remake, Eternal Darkness, and plenty more. You're much better off just picking up a Gamecube controller and memory card (if you don't yet have one) and getting some of the Gamecube's horror games. It'll be much cheaper, and the games are much better.
