    This App could help you develop good habits and break bad habits.
    Do you want to quit smoking? Do you want to exercising regularly? You can use the App for any good habits that you want to develop (like Exercising Regularly) or bad habit that you want to break (like Quit Smoking). Just add the habit and follow your habit everyday, you will see the calendar in the App show your outcom, Also you can write down the feelings of each day share to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Email, Let your friends know that you are developing good habits (She/he would like it). And a habits wizard available to help you find the habits you should develop, I believe the habits wizard developed by our habit guru will definitely help you.
