You have to activate all the switches, starting with the one on the very right. This will give you access to the ceiling, which has hanging lights, which are the first things you can eat after eating enough lights, you need to proceed, using your vacuum, to eat every single thing in the factory. So I need some help as well. On the last boss (world 8) it says you need the laser power, but I didn't get the laser power from beating the 7th boss. How do you unlock that power?
You unlock it during the last boss. Just pick whatever power you want to use for the start of the last boss, and play it. We probably shouldn't have put the power icon on that one.
Awesome, thanks for the help. How many legs does the last boss have? I've only gotten up to the third.
Another suggestion for the Dev. I noticed that there are a lot of time based achievements, could you add an option for there to be a small timer/clock somewhere in the games HUD?
That's a good idea. I'll think about adding that in a future update. Please don't give away what the last boss is . When the camera zooms out after the first one, you can see how many there are.
If anyone is still thinking about getting this game: I bought it, and grabbed trace the other day. Tried them both out, and they were quite fun. Then I let my nieces at my ipod. They love these two games more than anything else on the device. And the 8 year old is pretty sure that Trace is the best game she's ever played. If you're looking for kid friendly games that you'll enjoy too, look no farther.
I simply love Gomi. Bought it on Saturday and have been playing it constantly since. I agree to the suggestions already mentioned, some sort of indicator where you can see the size of the objects you can eat would be welcomed. I managed the first five bosses by myself, but am stuck on the spaceship. Any hints?
If you look at the youtube video, there is a short clip of that boss showing what you have to do. Look for the cracks on the ship.
I think there's enough in there already; we believe in making games 100% complete on their 1.0 version. Besides, ~10 hours is the standard length for a platformer on any console and we've already passed that, not including minigames and achievements. Of course, we will update it as needed for bugfixes and other random things that we can improve upon.
You just have to take out the fires fast enough. After you take them all out once, they start again, take em out again, and then you beat it. >_> Anyways, the spaceship boss is impossible! The furthest I've gotten is when I separate the two wings and the body, but the little blue electric things got me..
