Now if this character would say slaughter, that might be cool for some or at least dark. Currently it is a) turned more or less upside down b) while probably supposed to mean 屠 the lower part of the character does not look like 日 but 月. The vertical lines are too long. Now this might seem like nitpicking but it is those small details that alter meanings in this case making the character incomprehensible. Currently it just looks like someone wanted to use a Chinese character but got it wrong. At least turn the character the correct way. How about making it look more worn or working with the color if you want to make it look more bad ass? (btw. We are talking about Chinese characters regardless of whether they are used in China or Japan)
Apple rejected GK "Because iPod didnt support vibro" Damn, we make button on\off vibro in settings and THIS is reason to reject? Arrgh...
Wow, That's a silly reason to be rejected. Did they at least tell you how you can fix it? Like, Would they prefer that vibration be off by default?
We can fix it but entire team is on vacation. I'm looking for those who have not left the country yet.
Dungeon Keeper was definitely fun. I'd love to see a tower defense type game with that same flavor with demons, evil knights, monsters, and imps, etc doing all the guarding from the invading "good guys". lol, just expand Gold Keeper...
You have played Dungeon Defense, haven't you? While this game looks awesome, I wouldn't really describe it as TD, though DD is. [Edit] Oops, just re-read your post. You said "just expand" Gold Keeper... thought you said "just explained" Either way, DD was an enjoyable TD game where you played the bad guys.
I have seen MANY games which default to "vibration on" on my ipod touch (which I usually make a point ot turn off as there is no point for the game trying to vibrate when it will have no effect). Why is it a big deal when you do it I wonder?
Good to know... nice pic, I mean the iPhone is so small, but sth just too big that I cannot move my eye out of it..haha....
I agree about Dungeon Defense...I have and definitely enjoy it, I was just thinking that something similar but with a more extensive map and a demon theme would be neat... ...lol, make use the the "rage" in GoldKeeper...when the rage meter fills you could click on a tower to give it a temporary damage boost
I've wanted to revive Dungeon Keeper as a Tower Defence game since I first played DesktopTD a few years ago. In fact, back in '95 or so DK was a sort of TD game (not towers but the player sprung traps and dropped in defenders while maze-solving explorers tried to grab the gold) before it became a rather more epic managment sim.
Hmm, if GK go to TOP100 games in USA i'll make some more hot promo photo with her and other my models. We have many sweet girls here
Rejected again. Same reason (vibration and iPod) We make this button off and unswitchable when starts on iPod but Apple thinks thats not enough. Im pissed off. All my team is on vacation. We can submit new version only 3.08.2009. Sorry.
