Going on a 14 hour flight... need long, non battery draining games. Suggestions????

you would expect games like drop7 to not drain battery, but they still do. Stoneloops usually does very well on battery for me and that is a great game if you like match 3 games like zuma

Defender Chronicles is very good with battery.

 

If you need a good read, might I recommend taking screenshots of the 8 other exact threads and enjoying them during the flight?

 

I hear that games that use the accelerometer eat battery power faster.

I would also guess that plugging in the headphones would too.

Games that you can play with the backlight turned down would be good.

Also turn off wifi and bluetooth. (You're supposed to anyway!)

Apps seem to drain the battery much more than just playing music, I haven't compared to watching video yet, or a 2D vs a 3D game. Those would be interesting things to test if I had the time...

Warfare Incorporated has low graphics sorta. It's a RTS game that's acually pretty awsome... Kryzer, Prey Invasion, Arcade Pool, Tradewinds 2 (really recommend), and... I think that's about it for low graphic gaming.. None uses the accelerometer.

 

Critter Crunch is a pretty long game, and doesnt drain your battery.
