What all can encourage do? Punish actually helps a lot: Kills enemy and makes an item appear/ heals/ hurts both hero and enemy/ hurts hero
Encouragement basically encourages your hero toward the good side. It occasionally provides healing, and sometimes will make him pray, which gives you more God power (just enough to cover the expense of encouraging him, so it's a wash anyway.)
I know. I vote "no" to like 95% of the entries. About 75% of them just aren't very funny, are misspelled (instant no), or don't make much sense. The further 20% of the ones I downrank are just brain-meltingly stupid. There's a small fraction too that are just complete BS. (Random strings of characters, gratuitous cussing, whatever.) I've suggested in the forums to implement a word/phrase filter that would replace offensive worse and phrases with more thematically appropriate (read: silly) material. On another note, 4th death last night. Dammit. Right in the middle of my guild quest, too.
o.o, guild quest seems to take a while, maybe 60% now, on another note, seeing some TA members ideas popping up
I just noticed. It looks like if you die, it's possible for a piece of your armor to become damaged and lose value. From a couple of pages ago my cavalry man's bracers were +12. Now they're +10 after my death. Damn.
I died near the end of my guild quest. Left my hero on 48hp thinking he'd be ok... next thing I know, he's waiting for a res. On the plus side: Head: Goggles of holy vision +18

It doesn't happen right away, but eventually "idea is being voted on" entries appear on the relevant voting page. Yes, you can vote for your own.

I think the bigger the guild the bigger the rewards you get. Might affect Unity. Edit: "12:23: For a huge pile of gold coins I bought just one single golden brick.
