My hero is the legendary Spunt Boldrump, he has the finest mullet in the known universe, and he will write you a very sternly-worded letter if you say otherwise.

Weapon and armour upgrades start at -10 and work their way into the positives. Kind of the opposite of the way traditional D&D works.
