Prob because there's no regular movement in combat. That part of it is ok I think. What bothers me is how everything happens so slowly. All of the animations seem to be running at half speed.
i think when entering the in game combat the controls should be: 1. left joystick = roll/dodging (nothing change) 2. tap anywhere on the ground to move. i dunno, maybe they already put this feature but i didn't see it in the video above.
Combat doesn't seem very advanced, but here's to the hope that there'll be more complications and associated depth than what can be seen in the trailer.
It looks great to me it a first great game after a looooooong time the game is right that what mobile game today shoul be great work vivid
So, am I right in saying this game is some sort of mash up between Infinity Blade and God Of War? Looks cool, and great to see it's a premium game
I don't really see any Infinity Blade in this. No swipe controls, no one on one battles. It has more in common with any generic hack and slash than Infinity Blade. God of War, I can see. Either way, I'm hoping the gameplay seems faster when I'm playing than what it looks like.
its gotta be faster....i mean it reaaaally looks slow. all the gameplay footages we've seen on a device up to now are this slow so i'm a bit anxious!! either that wasn't the finshed version (eventhough its coming out next week) or they speeded it up for the trailer... which is a really bad idea!
Did anyone else notice his feet at 4:06 in the last gameplay vid? I expect there not to be bad glitches like that in this game :/

nah man.... this game needs some significant speed up! And they know that at vivid games, did you watch the 2 gameplay trailers? compare it to the ipad air footages (GDC, pax east, E3). the game isn't meant to be played at this pace and as i said they know that! cauz they were the ones compiling the trailers so i hope we'll have it speeded up at least in an update (if not at launch). regardless i'm getting the game all because of the visuals (i'm finally being honest with my self). but gameplay wise... after knowing i can only dodge to move in combat and now that its not fast paced... i dont think its gonna bring anything new to the gender but at least there isn't any decent one of these games on appstore so this will be the best one.
