You should totally add female character. Got my girl to start playing but she gotta play as a dude. #

 

It's closer to super mario world, just using swords to kill enemies rather than jumping on them.

 

Cosmetic, as far as I can tell with what I've unlocked.

Quests are the Game Center achievements. 905 achievement points! No leaderboard though.

 

About the bottomless pits insta killing, there's a relic for that. It's just too bad you can't equip more than one.

Armor I have on in the screenshot is from a secret chest in world 1's secret stage.

 

If you only buy one game this week, this one should be it. I've only played the first few levels and I can tell I'm gonna have so much fun, I'm almost at the end of mikey boots and this is perfect to fill my time now. It's right up there with my fave platformers.

One little niggle, sometimes when I want jump it registers as a stab. It's happened like three times and hasn't been a big issue for me yet and I've not died as a result, but thought worth mentioning. I know controls can be customised but the default location is perfect for me.

For 69p this is an absolute must have, it's easily worth much more.

 

Got a question can someone please help me find the chest in level 11...

I found the one by the slicey-dicey thing but I have ran all over that map looking for the other one and no love.

I have played this on an iPhone 4 and it works perfect. I appreciate that effort from the developer. Great job.

 

@ developers: this is a great idea for an additional upgrade system. Just as we can pick up extra heart containers, we should be able to upgrade to Carry additional relics... Suhweeeeet!!! Just sayin...

 

You might be right, but i am playing in an iPad2 which seems to be having issues with controls A and B buttons being diagonal according to devs. Looking forward to an update.

LOVE THIS GAME!!!

Only problem I have encountered so far. I collected 3 potions and it said one more to a new heart. When I found a fourth it said one more to a new heart!? Has anyone else had this problem?!!!

Is there anywhere that tells how many potions you've collected?!

Don't care if it is bugged tho, just means I'm playing on hardcore mode with 3hearts only hana!

 

Has anyone purchased the red ring? Is the additional drop significant? A coin doubler?

 

I tried a couple of runs through the same level killing the exact same enemies looting whatever they would drop and picking up only 2 planted coins, with and without the ring. There's no apparent difference.

 

When I picked up the 4th potion, it said "beat level to get extra heart". So I did.

 

Bought this last night at 10 (CST) but was just too tired to really dig into it so I waited till lunch time today. Awesome awesome little game. Yes that's double awesome. Controls and everything are tight. I know this isn't "Metroidvania" but it does have that bit of exploration thrown in that's maybe a bit more Mario or Sonic than Metroid for each level... and I love that. So happy I grabbed this at release.

Where do you find these extra potions for extra hearts? iv beaten tons of levels and havent found any. Would really like to up my heart count.

 

Chests, usually hidden.
