how i wish they would add a checkpoint in the middle of missions tocontinue where you died. It's such an excellent game, bought in day 1 (for 1 or 2 euro, can you believe) but when the difficulty and long secrets started, i gave up on replaying over and over without keeping any progress. sort of like what's happened to me with Never Gone last week. Both excellent games, but both need gargantuan persistence to get anywhere.
On Level 4 of Sacred Ruins, if you drop down at the beginning and go to the right, you can see a passage, but it is blocked with an object. How do you get into that area? Is there a chest in that area? I found the chest where you use a spring board to a hidden passage, but can not find the other chest. Thanks!
Crashed in the second boss as well. Still, love the new stuff. It will open after Spoiler slashing the four torches in front with an ice sword .
So, this is what, the second or third expansion to the main game now? I'd dearly love to play the new levels but, having deleted the game ages ago with no save stored anywhere else, I'd have to play through all the other levels again. That's a big ask! Great game, though - if any platformer can encourage me to start from the beginning again, it might be Goblin Sword.
Aww... Not this discussion again. My thoughts on this are the same... Despite the well-designed skill-based platforming (which one of Goblin Sword's best features), the levels are small enough to not really need checkpoints.
You can generate a progress based on your achievements in this new update just go in statistics and tap on the icon that will mention GC. Luckily i had all achievements unlocked and got a progress identical to what i had before deleting the game excluding the amount of gold i was hording but not a let down in anyway.
For those who have deleted their save, but still have their Game Center achievements, you recover some of your data by pressing the green arrow button at Option->Statitistics. You can also unlock the new levels with a password. Check out this video:
Can I move the game from an iPhone 4 to 6s I have the entire game completed with the exception of the new Sacred Ruins on an iPhone 4. I see the option to download the game from icloud in Statistics, but how do I save the game to icloud? Thanks
Good to know. Thanks for confirming! The game saves to iCloud every time you boot the game/go to main menu. Download the latest version of GS to your iphone 4 with icloud turned on in your phone settings, then on your 6s go to statistics and press the red arrow button. I also suggest pressing the green arrow button to sync with game center.
Nice ! (but short !) Just finished collecting all new items and defeated all three new bosses, I'm a bit frustrated there are only 12 new levels in this update ! Can't wait for the next one, but I guess it's gonna take some time before we see it coming This game is so addictive I need new levels again !!! A big thank to Eleftherios for this great game
