I've skimmed through the thread and didn't find it, was there an answer to how to put torches out to get that achievement?
World 3 is awesome. I'm taking the levels one by one and finding everything before moving on. I did go back to speedrun 2-13 for that achievement. Such fun. The only problem is lack of a speed run timer to know if I improved each time or not. Really, it would be nice if speed was tracked in all the levels with a leaderboard competition. I know for $1, the game is already more than I could have ever asked for... just saying if it were a feature it would give something extra to do after the main game and stuff is over. As is the game is excellent though since the few levels that speed is tracked on are laid out very well. 2-13 specifically was excellent.
Would be cool to say WHERE , i was stuck like you, for one day i just got the chest. Like you i jumped on that wall multiple time, and the 30th time i went through. The wall is on the left, right at the beginning after you pass the big purple guy, the wizard and the trap!! stage 3-12 of Goblin sword !!!
No, but if you're replacing/upgrading your phone you can back it up to iCloud or PC/Mac and then use the backup to set up your new phone. All your save data will be transferred. (Also, you really shouldn't use your email address as your username.
You can also use ifunbox on a PC to transfer/backup saves. But the system backup with iCloud does work great for device upgrades. .... Just finished 3-9. So thats 100% of all the treasures, crystals up through 3-9. I'm closing in on the endgame. I don't want it to end but what a great experience this has been.
I'm now down to the last regular level, final boss, the last secret level, one remaining speed run and then just a little collecting and I'll have this 100% done with all achievements.
level 12 of the forest how do I get this chest? I've even tried equipping the cape relic to run faster but don't seem to be able to make it to the ledge on the other side of the wall to get to the chest. Grrr been trying for like 2 days what am I missing?
Spoiler Follow the path down from there and then to the right. Before a small pond with a fish in it is a single block that is lower than the others. Stand on it and it as there's a spring hidden under it. When it launches you up, jump at the top to get to a hidden area. Follow that up and then go left through a wall and you'll be there. There are also some great walk through videos posted in this thread that show every item for every level.
I've done most of the forest now without looking at any guide, and managed to find most of the gems. Running back through a few levels that I just can't find them on, I'll probably cave in eventually, but part of the fun of this game is discovering them. Try and do as much of it yourself before deciding to peek Well worth the 89c I paid for it though, hours and hours of gaming in there if you really want to find everything. Oh, btw, I find the little dragon companion not to actually be that good ... he misses the enemies half the time
Some tips on the dragon (not really spoilers but I respect you maybe not wanting tips): Spoiler If the enemy is moving then you have to position yourself such that the dragon is on the same height as the enemy otherwise he will miss much of the time. For stationary enemies he's pretty much always on target unless you are moving quickly. For enemies that move where you cant get a good position, you can turn left & right when positioned near them to sort of control when he fires. If he isn't looking in the direction of an enemy then he'll hold his shot. It's not the greatest pet in the world, but it got me out of a few levels once I mastered how to position him for the best attack. I too enjoy figuring this stuff out on my own. I tend to avoid most spoilers/guides/videos and stuff on games I really want to play. But after exhausting every avenue to figuring something out then I'm glad for a little help. ... Last night I spent a little more time and finished the last normal level and the final boss. I still have a couple things left to do but just not wanting to rush through it.
