I found the second chest on level 11! After a day of looking, it feels good to find it! Spoiler The other chest is located above the two bomb throwing goblins on the right wall. You have to double jump to get to it, and it unlocked the wizard staff weapon.
Thanks. I played the level a half dozen times or more... that probably saved me another half dozen tries as I was going back through checking every wall/floor and even the spikes.
Bought. Played. Love It But does anyone know if armor in the store changes stats or is just cosmetic? I see stats for the weapons you can buy in the store but not for the armor.

It's showing at 8 on the uk charts, hopefully it will get number 1.I love when games like this do well, and I love it even more when it's a game I've bought on day one, it's hard to explain but it makes it feel all the more special? I'm making no sense, I've not been drinking honestly lol
Yep #1 in the US appstore. Well deserved #1. Maybe it'll do well enough that it can just stay $0.99 and never have a price drop ever. It just goes to show that the appstore can be surprising. Nicely Dragon Quest 1 has managed to move up to 8th of all paid apps. It's good to see the classics getting love too. That was my only other purchase of releases this week. As for #4 and #11 being difficult to find everything... well, that's actually the kind of challenge I like. I am glad however that the update will have prices reduced for the stuff in the store.
Just bought the Dragon Slayer and wow, I'm loving it. May replay the boss fight just to see the difference.
Dragonslayer is definitely the weapon of choice for bosses. The Demon Blade is the free equivalent but the special attack isn't as quick and doesn't hit everything in its arc. I recommend getting Excalibur for the most part since most things will die in 1 hit anyway so the moderate attack speed won't matter and the max range will keep you safe. This game has a ton of potential for more features but is already worth more than its asking price. I loved the time trials and the secret stages. Disgustingly hard! I still wish you could equip more than one relic.
I wish the armor had an effect more than cosmetic, and that we could have more than one relic. Does anyone know where the hidden gem is on level 16 of the forest? The two in the pathways are obvious. I have slashed and jumped into everything I can think of. I found the chests.
If poeple could post wich levels they got potions for extra hearts in that would be helpful. REmember to include wich group, like forest, cave etc. Dont just say lvl 7.
And please use the spoiler tags around that text so it doesn't spoil the game for anyone that wants to try and figure it out themselves. ... Just beat the second boss. That was a challenge. This really is the perfect mobile platform game.
Hey guys, I bought the game and for some reason it won't download. It says already purchased, and it still won't download, it still has the cloud bubble. Any tips on how to fix this would be helpful. Thanks! Btw have a 5C ios 7.
Itunes is kinda glitchy right now. It just told me several games were not in the US but they were in the App store and I know it was there. I think they are getting overloaded by people downloading the U2 album.
