You can adjust the controls, change the opacity and also move where you want the buttons. You can move the position of the A/B buttons as well so you can have them next to each other, or staggered etc For 99c its a no brainer. I'm not being super positive as i got an early version of it, if it wasnt any good i would say so. To be fair, it doesn't say universal at all. It just say it works on the mentioned platforms, much like non-universal iPhone apps "works" on iPads, being doubled in size like some apps and games still are. Not nearly as many as just a year or two ago, but still.
