Hi, We'd like to tell you about our new game, Go Yeti! currently in trial release in the UK, but having the final touches made for global release next month. Go Yeti! is fun game we have been developing over the last few months for kids - big kids and little kids! It is a collaboration between Edinburgh artist and creator of Wet Yeti www.wetyeti.com and Edinburgh tech start-up Nevistech. Wet Yeti created some cool, funky characters and we wanted to bring them to life in a way that not only our kids and their friends would enjoy, but also us Dads and their friends too! So we used physics-engine rag-doll animation and created a landscape for them to explore, a magic carpet for them to fly on, plus a cool place to hang out after a hard day's fun. It's a bit of a silly game, with smelly socks, bagpipes, awful jokes and wind-propelled cushions. But it's also a cool game, driven by the characters, the dynamics and funky sound effects and music.
