      Has anyone tried this yet, when gifting an app to someone how do they get alerted (email?) Does it show your iTunes name/email address?

      You get their email, type it in, it sends a promocode to that email. They just gotta redeem it. :D

      When you gift an app you can send an email or print out a card with the redemption code.

      If you email it asks for the name of the sender (So I could send it as VeganTnT instead of my real name), then it asks for the email of the person you want to send it to, And finally a space for a message if you want to add one.

      I also learned last night that you can't gift apps with iTunes credit.
