Couldn't stand this game. The amount of trial and error is just silly, and the story gets even more bonkers as time goes by. I quit just before the end, too, because I didn't WANT to beat it. Buy at your own risk.
Apparently you are in the minority with that opinion. But I guess you can't fault the message: you buy every game at your own risk, ultimately.
As the game is free, If I were you I'd go without looking for much info about the game. If you love the spirit and quirkiness of the ace attorney series you'll love this one. It's as funny and entertaining but with a different kind of gameplay.
So im guessing the rest of the chapters cost $9.99? If so totally worth it! Havent played this before but looks like it has a very rich storyline with a unique gameplay method.
And here I thought I was going to spend lightly this month. I just hope I'm able to resist Reckless Racing 2 until a sale, so I can personally justify buying this amazing game.
What a night for releases this is going to be. Can't wait to drop $10 for the full version. This just looks so freaking good. Even better than PW:AA I dare say.
Out in Europe just now. Time to get it, buy the chapters and see how much it is in euros. edit: 4 euros for 5-chapter packs, 8 euros the whole thing. ...WELL OKAY THEN, THE WHOLE THING!
Anyway, if a story is good and the gameplay enjoyable, that still makes it replayable regardless of it lacking star rankings, achievements, hidden levels etc. Who here can say they've never gone back and played an adventure game they've enjoyed a second time just to re-experience the great ride it gives you.
Best game I've ever played in my life. Been looking forward to this port for over a year. Lost count of how many times I've bugged Capcom about it since then. If you don't play this game at some point during your life, you are missing out on one of the best things this world has to offer.
I can't wait to see this thread fill up with crazily enthusiastic reviews of people who just beat the game, although that might take a day or two. Phoenix Wright is great; I've beaten the whole seires. And this game is MUCH BETTER THAN PHOENIX WRIGHT IN EVERY WAY.
Huh, I couldn't find this on the UK AppStore unde it's title. I had to bring up all of Capcom's games to locate it.
How long would you say it takes to complete this game? I never heard of or played it but based on feedback here it seems that it's highly praised.
