Decided to buy this after reading some of the comments and reviews on this game. So far, it is pretty enjoyable. My little cousin came over today and he has been hooked on the game for hours.
I've found Appsnatcher to be practically useless. It doesn't alert you when IAPs drop so you have to manually check the games you're interested in on a regular basis. If I have to do that I might as well just look in the App Store.
Honestly I get very little scope to play games, I kept on playing the first 2 chapters for few hours (yes I like to play slow). And lastly bought it. Really a good buy, just wished it was fullscreen for the ipod touch 5. But the story is really engrossing
I had a bash at it last night and then bought it. The iCloud save options are really confusing though. I'm guessing one button uploads to iCloud and one downloads from iCloud, writing over your local save - but it's really not obvious which is which. I'll be nervous to use it for fear of rolling my progress back.
I had to research the cloud sync as well. Sync iCloud backup data uploads to iCloud. Sync this device downloads from iCloud. It's worked the few times I've switched between devices.
Bought it, great game. Not being full screen on my Touch 5 kinda sucks though. Ironically the original Ghost Trick is actually better IMO than the iOS port using DraStic on my Note II. Full screen, dual screen etc. If you have a good Android device try DraStic, it's amazing.
If you don't have this on the DS, I would highly recommend grabbing it at 99 cents for all the chapters, which is such a steal...wow. Anyway, loved the characters and their dialogue in this one. Time for another replay
