Verify account through the e-mail you should get 7. Take Mass Effect 3 quiz on ExpertZones site by going to > Training and Resources > 360 > Xbox Games. You should see the quiz there. 8. http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=462682&page=11 Seems like people have got the problem as well, looks like MS might have patched it. Gonna be a while before someone finds a way around it, check that thread for news.
Okay folks, demo is up now for everyone on PC and Xbox 360, PSN comes up in a few hours. Singleplayer right now, multiplayer comes available for everyone on the 17th, unless you have that code from Battlefield, in which case you can play right now.
this was a really bad demo.. why can't they just give you a real glimpse into the single player campaign instead of this completly weird cutted together blobs.. maybe i had part 1 & 2 in better memories but everything felt so stiff and empty.. the first panorama (just outside after the attack) is awfully bland and lifeless.. wasn't this just a surprise attack? why are there no cars , panic , a feel of urgency.. there is none.. if you even look carefully you see a string of endless people running towards! the reaper maybe thats because they all spawned under the bridge.. and want to defend their home? somehow i'm sceptic.. on the official forum people say they stripped alot of dialoge out of the package to be spoiler free, whatever.. but somehow this reminds me of the horrible horrible dragon age 2 demo which actually properly showed that da2 was a turd.. :/ and why do they need to copy halos storyline and need to dig some secret weapons on earth/mars?! .. not sure on this one.. since ea slaps the name bioware on every other internal studio and medles too much i'm uncertain of the real outcome.. still curious since i hope they close the trilogy in a decent way (after the utterly idiotic terminator bossfight in part2) *shrug* :/
Up on PSN now. Here's some multiplayer coop. Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel
Holy shit, sweet videos. Never played a ME game before so I'm going to start with the latest one like I did with CoD, GoW, Halo, Fable, Batman, TES, AC, and go back one day to play the earlier games. Getting this as soon as possible after release. Spring Break starts three days after the game comes out. You already know.
I'd recommend starting with the first one, it's more important to do so when it comes to a game like Mass Effect where your decisions carry over from one game to another.
Finally getting to play the demo. I dont have my xbox with me in college so I had to wait til today to play. I have been looking forward to it.
Finally getting the hang of it, as to know where the enemies are, nice choke points, etc. Bronze is easy now (with the right team) to the point where I only play it to get some packs to take into silver. I've beaten silver twice, one on each map, but boy is that tough, I usually die on waves 8-10. You need to know the map well and know where your teammates are to constantly heal them. Gold is hard as hell, yet to get to wave 2. They start flooding the map with Atlases and Phantoms. Oh and with my Nova and Charge levelled up, and holding only one weapon, I finally play Vanguard the way I've always wanted to, bumrushing everyone. Like this: Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel Dash in to hit enemies (and recharge shields), Nova and shoot if he's still alive. If he was going to be dead with the nova I spin around at the same looking for a new target, and then dash into them (holding less weapons decreases the power recharge time dramatically. It's awesome on Bronze and early levels of Silver, and you can destroy mechs this way as well, although you have to be much more careful if there are Phantoms running around who can one hit kill you with their swords if they catch you with depleted shields after doing a Nova.
