      Nope. Tried maybe ten and they all said something about this "song" code offer no longer being available.

      Edit: The offer associated with that song code has expired.

      No, that is not the message which we will get if we are using a used code.
      If we redeem a used code, the message would say that "The code has already been used. Each code may only be used once."
      "The offer associated with that song code has expired." This message would only come up when the codes are generated weeks ago or Apple has generated invalid codes, which happens occationally.
      I think you should check if there is someone has successfully taken any one of the codes, otherwise I think you should generate some new codes again.
