I Just wanted to mention, that all the bugs are gone since the last update.

    Thank you Revolutionary Concepts!

I also have the feeling that a lot of levels changed a bit or completely...

@RC: Could you please ask Konami, when they will release Jubeat (Japan Only) in the rest of the world?

What made you publish with Konami as opposed to other publishers?

Was thinking that too. Could have gone with Chillingo.....

I dont think Chillingo is better than Konami. Also, when a game gets popular, the devs disses them, so something is wrong there (Cut the Rope, Angry Birds, maybe more but cant recall)

yeh but they are all now popular and don't want or need to pay for publishing. If RC are paying Konami then they might as well have gone with Chillingo and do what Rovio and Zepto have and dropped them once successful.....

Konami was an easy decision - great people, incredibly knowledgable, and a well deserved reputation from 30+ years in the biz. Ges was the first of 4 new games we are working on with them.
1 is a reimagining of one of their franchises, and 2 more are our own brand new concepts.

At the opposite end of the scale there are a couple of publishers (who shall go nameless) who's entire existence seems to subsist on making pretty shameless promises to large numbers of small developers, for which they charge an outrageous amount, then putting in little effort (even zero) on their behalf, other than to slap a name on these guys hard work then wait to see what happens, and for the 1 in 30 that miraculously rises in the charts (only ever because it was quality work to begin with) they quickly step in to claim the glory.

We investigated and will never go that route.

Well you did ask right :D

Yeah I had that feeling too... if someday I make a game (have ideas, no programming skills) Chillingo wouldnt be the publisher. Theres an upcoming game called Contre Jeur, the game is supposed to com this month (supposed to come out last month, but didnt) and I havent seen any publicity or previews, nothing at all beyond that video at E3 (if isnt there, where else?)... and then i saw Gesundheit in a spanish website weeks before release. So I think Konami gets the job done better

A lite with 2 - 4 levels would be enough to make everyone fall in love immediately and forever! Best of luck!

Yeah i agree, a couple of good levels (the tutorial and one of each world maybe? or thats spoiling too much?) and the intro (lets face it, its funny and charming) could do well enough. I hope your game gets those birds down
