Hello Is there an app that has 100's of places all marked on a app map. For example the pyramids, and when you actually visit the pyramids the GPS knows you've been there and you 'collect' that 'Point of Interest' Then you fly to USA and 'collect' the Time Sqaure 'Point of Interest' etc? All done via GPS on a in app map?
Gowalla, FourSquare or of course the old-school Geocaching. Gowalla and Foursquare require you to open the app and log your visit - it doesn't do it automatically. So you have to remember! Good fun though, people can leave 'items' or messages too. I've only really tried Gowalla and Geocaching, though FourSquare looks decent too... Hope that's helpful!
