Well, if the many worlds interpretation is correct, than there could be universes where the game is already at 2.6 or only on 1.0! Spoiler Or even better... A universe where there is a big portal and wave compatible blocks! :0
It isn't very noticeable, but if you look closely at the 2 second mini wave segment, you can see that the mini-wave has the same pattern as the big one. Therefore, I think we'll be enjoying mini-icons in update 2.0
That was me who asked btw Robtop said that simply rotating the screen would be boring.. And a verticle mode wouldn't work because there would be less space to see what's coming..
Which I still don't quite understand... The mirror portal simply rotates the screen, which is pretty boring, but it's still in the game... Also, I don't get how it limits the amount of space you have. You still have the same amount of room, it's just that the floor replaces the ceiling temporarily...
Let's ask Robtop again and mabye he'll consider it.. And he was referring to moving vertically, which would actually limit the 'view' on the screen (at least for phones)
That's not too much of a problem, though, he can simply zoom out the screen for that purpose. He'll probably incorporate the big portal and wave compatible blocks before this, though.
I will, actually, but this is almost certainly never going to happen, so I'm not going to get my hopes up.
What's the point of reversing the ground and ceiling? It would be like reversing the gravity, not worth the time of Robtop, I think he should focus on more important things. Since everyone here is out of good suggestions, I think it would be cool if the trail of the wave mode change to secondary color when you get the reversed gravity portal. I think that is good and easy to add. You should implore it to robtop until he accept it
I've always wanted vertical mode, I'll make a video to prove robtop it could possibly work well when I have time
Moderator Idea I have an idea that would help unnoticed creators: moderators. But people have already mentioned this, and it seems like people would just go around rating random stuff. After talking with some friends on Skype, we came up with a solution. It would go like this: 1. RobTop would appoint 10-20 people to be mods. 2. They would go around looking for levels, and rate the ones that they like and think should be featured. 3. There would be a search function that mods could use to see levels that have been rated by other mods. 4. Once three mods rate a level, there would be a button next to it, like a when you beat a Map Pack (maybe there would be a search function for this too!) 5. Whichever mod finds the level hits the button, rates it what he thinks it should be rated, gives it a feature if he thinks it should be featured, and BAM! Featured levels, and unnoticed creators are noticed! This would also help for when RobTop goes inactive. Please consider this, RobTop! It would make a huge difference in the game!
You should make a video about it. I personally think that if there's a horizontal portal ( the mirror portal, basically), there should be a vertical portal too. He won't consider it, though, until there's decent enough evidence to show that it could work in the game. In my opinion, it's too similar to the gravity portal, but I think it could be cool in the right environments.
