I because i was thinking in people that beat hard demons and for some reason the recorder didnt record
The level was Shadowed Jewel by TriAxis but it doesn't happen only on that level. I've noticed it on Sunset 6 by Jeyzor and Castle Revenge by pineapple too to name a few

I think you can search "u" followed by the player's user ID (which can be found if you view all your levels), but I've never tried it so I don't know.
you can search for users by typing u[player id] into the search box, I think he will improve it in 2.0 though

I think we have arrived at the conclusion that it is fake. Robtop wouldn't go around saying "Hi" on levels, neither would he do a q&a via comments. The fact that the first level got deleted is proof enough.
