> scale it smaller

> place small full circle decoration inside

The smaller circle pulsation whatever can shrink into a little dot.
The bigger one pulsates bigger than the orbs.
Also, how about the particles? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

 

Place the orb on top of a background layer of opaque blocks and add a portal behind it
