Hello I haz question! When the 1.9 changelog was released, RobTop said 2.0 will include more for the user accounts. Do we know what these new benefits are? If not, RobTop please respond! Also, in TOE II, is the speed of the first ship segment 2x or 3x speed? Alot of different ideas have been going around, so can ANYONE confirm what it actually is?
The first ship segment is 3x speed ( a misnomer, since the 3x speed portal is technically only increasing your speed by two times). If you look closely before entering the ship portal, you can see the 3x speed portal.
I think by 3x speed it's 3 times the normal speed (You could say the same about multiplying 1 by 3, you et 3 which is only 2 more than 1)
Maybe I'm wrong but I thought RobTop said earlier in the forums that slow speed = 0.5x speed, fast speed = 1.5x speed and very fast speed is 2x speed
Probably not because anything faster than very fast speed would make demons way too hard, and slower than slow speed would make it so slow as to be hard and not that fun, but that's just my opinion
You can tell the speed if you take the time it takes to go from the ship to the UFO. Then make a custom level the same length (judge by the music not the time) and place a 2x speed, record the time and try again with the 3x speed. Ill update you all once i find out. Tip: use a youtube video to find the timing, or you can die at the UFO portal with auto - retry off (record the time), then die at the ship portal (record the time once again). Then take the time from the UFO portal and subtract it with the time from the ship portal
You could also texture the 2x speed portal to look like some giant taco and play the level. No way you could miss it then!
New song name guess When I heard the beginning of the new WF song in the sneak peak, it reminded me a little bit of TIM MACHINE. Could we have Time Machine 2 be the name of the song? What do you think?
