You can cut the song by choosing how many seconds into the song you want it to start. There's a setting when choosing a custom song that has an options button, click that, and then you will see an option that says "Start Offset" put in how many seconds into the song you want it to start, and you're done! To make objects flash on and off, you can make the object turn invisible by making the colour black, but then tick the box that says "Use Blending". You can then turn the object visible again by selecting a different colour. Hope this helped you

Indeed, It takes 1 month to make a level for me. I mean, I'm not GDashing all day brah ^^ 1 hour/day is enough 4me

Heh... Seems the dicussion really died down ever since the forum Darnoc created got started up. Looks like the majority of the posts are level IDs now :I
It really is and it's sad. The IDs and random stuff were supposed to go on the GDForums, while the good people and related discussion stayed here. Seems the opposite happened and now TA went to hell. The problem is Robtop doesn't seem to be checking the GDForums for levels. He hasn't been on for like a week, and that's why people are moving here to post IDs. I made this thread called R4Z0R's Picks, and I wanted Robtop to check there for a while now, and still almost none of the levels there are rated. I don't wanna advertise at all here, but please Robtop check these out. I can't add any more levels until most of these are rated. Link: clicky
