If you complete a level before it has received a star rating, you will get the stars automatically once you update the level. If a level has its star value changed from 5 to 6 etc. and you already received 5 stars then you will not get the last star. But the star rating of levels rarely change

I have an idea: Survival Mode: Basically you can set the levels in order (for example Stereo Madness - Polargeist - Xstep) and you have to complete your combination. Demon levels cannot be set until you unlock them.

Yay, nice But one thing Rob, please don't do the same thing Minecraft creators did: they updated the game all the time again, again, again and again.
