You can only summon RopTob by bribing Weo with cookies so he can go get RopTob from the Programmer dimension. I trust R4Z0R brought the cookies, but if not, you can always bring your own.

Am I taking this joke too far?

 

Well, the only recipe for cookies I know is Illuminati cookies with poison

 

I remember those cookies. Got some from Polar when I completed ToE 2 v2

No, he can't make them without the poison. The poison is what holds the cookies together. We might as well just spoon feed him raw cookie dough if we're not using poison.
