I think that everyone can put a coin in their level, except it is just the white disabled coin. That is, until you come along with the magic star giving tool that can give the level a star value, and then choose to enable or disable the coin. If enabled, then the coin is worth an extra STAR.

That sounds great! And I recommend robtop gives permission to add coins for Famous level. If ev'ryone can add coins, there will be only coins map...
I think it's good if everyone can add coins their levels but the coins must be verified before uploading and only well placed coins in great levels are in action.
RobTop, could you add that we can change the order of our created and uploaded levels. My levels are so tumbled
