Alright, for anyone who wants to know how to perform the exploit, these are the steps.

1. Backup your data on the full version of GD, just in case something goes wrong when copying files
2. Make a new level with at least 100 objects (so it doesn't get deleted)
3. Upload that level and download it at least once
4. Close GD and GDW, then go into a file browser (ES File Explorer and Root Browser work perfectly fine for this)
5. Go to this path: //data/data/com.robtop.x.geometryjump
6. Copy CCLocalLevels.dat, CCLocalLevels.bak, CCGameManager.dat, and CCGameManager.bak
7. Go to //data/data/com.robtop.x.geometrydashworld
8. Paste the files there, and choose overwrite if it asks
9. Open GDW and go into your saved levels
10. Find the level that you made in GD and tap on it
11. Click copy (creator enabled)
12. Click the edit button

You now have access to the editor.

Yes, it's not possible on iOS that I know of. And GDW isn't on Steam.

Unless the iOS users are jailbroken, they can't get into the editor. Also, World isn't and won't be on Steam.
